StrideForge is an app designed around home treadmill browsing, product comparison, checkout, order management, balance records, customer support, and account management. This policy explains how StrideForge handles your information when providing these features and how you can manage your data and account.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the information handling activities involved when you use product browsing, product comparison, cart, orders, balance, refunds, address management, customer support communication, training progress, and account deletion features within StrideForge.
This policy applies only to StrideForge features. It does not apply to services independently provided by third parties that present their own privacy terms to you.
2. Information We Handle
Depending on the features you use, we may handle the following categories of information:
Recipient name, phone number, city, street address, ZIP code, delivery notes, and default address status used for delivery, installation coordination, and after-sales support.
Cart contents, product selections, order number, order status, payment method, balance changes, refund records, and order-related service progress information.
Support messages, inquiries, and service feedback that you voluntarily submit for delivery, installation, maintenance, payment, or after-sales issue handling.
Product comparison lists, training plan progress, session status, and basic account-linked preferences used to preserve continuity within the app.
The current version does not require your contacts, photo library, microphone, camera, precise location, health data, or advertising identifier for core app functionality.
The current version of StrideForge does not include cross-app tracking for third-party ad
networks and does not sell your personal information for ad targeting.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage accounts and identify your account status.
- To preserve cart contents, product comparison lists, training plan progress, and other in-app continuity features.
- To create orders, display order status, process balance payments, and record refunds returned to balance.
- To save delivery addresses and support delivery, installation scheduling, and order-related services.
- To respond to customer support requests, after-sales communication, and service issue handling that you initiate.
- To maintain normal app operations, troubleshoot functional issues, and improve basic service experience.
If you choose to use external payment-related capabilities, the relevant payment process may be completed in a third-party app or third-party page. In the current version of StrideForge, we do not collect bank card numbers or similar payment card information inside the app.
5. Your Rights and Controls
- You can register, sign in, sign out, and view or modify information such as your nickname and saved addresses within the app.
- You can manage cart contents, product comparison lists, order records, balance records, and training progress.
- You can initiate refunds to balance where supported by the app’s current feature rules.
- You can delete your account directly through in-app functionality or contact us by email with privacy-related questions.
6. Account Deletion
StrideForge supports direct in-app account deletion. You can go to the Profile section in the app and use the account deletion entry to complete the process.
After account deletion, account-linked information in the current app environment will be cleared. This typically includes:
- Saved delivery addresses and default address settings
- Cart contents, product comparison lists, and sign-in status
- Order records, balance records, refund records, and support messages
- Training progress and other account-linked in-app data
Account deletion is a high-impact action. After deletion is completed, related account data
in the current app environment cannot be restored. Please proceed only after confirming that
you no longer need those records.
7. Data Retention and Security
- We handle information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide app features and aim to minimize unnecessary data processing.
- We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures to help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
- When you no longer use certain features or complete account deletion, relevant information will be deleted or no longer retained in the current app environment according to the app’s current mechanisms.
8. Children
StrideForge is primarily designed for users capable of managing purchases and related services. If you are a minor, please review this policy and use the app under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy when StrideForge features, service methods, or information handling practices change. The updated version will be published on this page, with the latest effective date shown at the top.
